(Eph 3:16 KJV) That he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, to be strengthened with might by his Spirit in the inner man;

(Phil 4:13 KJV) I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

1. AN APPETITE FOR RIGHTEOUSNESS.

(Hosea 10:12 KJV) Sow to yourselves in righteousness, reap in mercy; break up your fallow ground: for it is time to seek the LORD, till he come and rain righteousness upon you.

(Mat 5:20 KJV) For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case enter into the kingdom of heaven.

2. OBEDIENCE TO HIS WORD.

(Josh 1:8 KJV) This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.

(James 1:25 KJV) But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

3. A WILLINGNESS TO EXPERIENCE A CONTINUAL FLOWING OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.

(Rom 8:9 KJV) But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

(1 John 2:27 KJV) But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

(John 16:13 KJV) Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come.

(John 7:38 KJV) He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

4. A SACRIFICIAL ATTITUDE CONCERNING THE BUILDING UP OF THE BODY OF CHRIST.

(Eph 1:22 KJV) And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church,

(Col 1:18 KJV) And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence.

(Rom 14:19 KJV) Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.

(Eph 4:1 KJV) I therefore, the prisoner of the Lord, beseech you that ye walk worthy of the vocation wherewith ye are called,

Eph 4:1: (vv. 4:1-6:24) These verses comprise the second major section of the epistle, in which Paul now emphasizes matters of practical theology.

(Eph 4:2 KJV) With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

(Eph 4:3 KJV) Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.

(Eph 4:16 KJV) From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.

(Eph 4:21 KJV) If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus:

(Eph 4:22 KJV) That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts;

(Eph 4:23 KJV) And be renewed in the spirit of your mind;

(Eph 4:24 KJV) And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

(Eph 4:25 KJV) Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another.

(Eph 4:26 KJV) Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:

(Eph 4:27 KJV) Neither give place to the devil.

(Eph 4:28 KJV) Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth.

(Eph 4:29 KJV) Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

(Eph 4:30 KJV) And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

(Eph 4:31 KJV) Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:

(Eph 4:32 KJV) And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
